My stay at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur had its highlights and low points. The rooms were spacious with luxurious amenities, and the hotel's location next to Pavilion Mall couldn't be better. However, the check-in process was slow, and there were some cleanliness issues that affected my overall experience.
